The FoodServiceEurope General Assembly will take place on 30 November. The main topics will be: strategic use of the post-Covid crisis consolidation to spread outsourcing, its tax (e.g. VAT) management; adopting a holistic approach to catering; making free school meals permanent; mainstreaming the EU’s ‘farm to table’ initiative, developing a framework for sustainable systems; reducing food waste; applying fair and quality-oriented procurement criteria.
