On Thursday 15 May 2025, from 16:00-17:30 (CET), PANTOUR will host another webinar on the role of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in a sustainable future for tourism and hospitality.
The aim of the online event “Breaking barriers through Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the tourism and hospitality sectors” is to show how an inclusive workplace culture can become the key to the long-term success of the sector. Through European examples, participants of the webinar will learn how EDI can contribute to employee well-being, engagement and talent retention.
Several renowned organisations will share their practical experiences, including Associação Pão a Pão, Trigon Hotels, Rijksmuseum and Albergo Etico Roma.
