On December 15, a webinar entitled “Awareness raising on education and training opportunities needed for the twin transition” will be held, focusing on the skills needs and training opportunities of the tourism sector in light of the digital and green transition. The event is organized by the European Commission’s “Together for EU Tourism” (T4T) expert group “Skills, Resilience and Inclusion” sub-group, and the results of our PANTOUR project will also be presented.
Participants will be able to listen to presentations by experts from industry organizations, companies, and academic workshops. During the presentations, they will learn about current trends in tourism skills, directions for adaptation in education and training, and see practical examples from both the employer and employee perspectives.
