Roland Kelemen, a Hunguest employee, won the Hungarian final of the Bocuse d’Or. The competition took place on 26 October at Hungexpo. As the winner, he has qualified for the European finals, which will take place in March 2024 in Trondheim. Roland started his professional studies at the Aranybika Vocational School in Debrecen and then worked at the Hunguest Hotel in Hajdúszoboszló, while he graduated from high school. For the last two years he worked as a chef’s assistant at the Hunguest Sóstó Hotel in Nyíregyháza. This year he obtained the title of Master Chef. He has participated in the national selection before, but this is the first time he has won. Congratulations to the winner!
