We are pleased to announce the results of our successful lobbying. Two years ago, we took the initiative to change the extremely imprecise and unenforceable regulation of the commercial law, or at least its interpretation of competition regulations. We have now been informed of the decision of the Constitutional Court on 27 June, which stated that the provisions of the commercial law concerning soft drinks are unconstitutional as regards the mandatory sales obligation for two producers. The Court’s decision does not affect the beer provisions and excludes non-alcoholic beverages from the scope of the law. This decision automatically affects pending cases.
