As part of the PANTOUR project, an international webinar in English will be organized by VIMOSZ on September 18, focusing on the transforming labor market of tourism and hospitality. The program will present 11 new job profiles that represent potential future roles for workers in the sector. Panel discussions will explore the required skills, training programs, as well as the importance and use of skills forecasting. The aim of the webinar is to provide an overview of industry trends and their impact on the labor market, with special attention to crisis management and the resilience of the sector.
