On 19-20 September, the island of Chios, Greece, hosted the fifth consortium meeting of the PANTOUR project, where our association was represented. At the meeting, the partners reviewed the current status of the project and discussed the next steps for the development of new job profiles and training content.

The first day was dedicated to the evaluation of the project’s mid-term report and an overview of the quality assurance tasks and the current status of the Skills Lab. This was followed by a discussion on the further development of the Skills Lab and the integration of the new job profiles. The afternoon programme focused on, among other things, updating training materials.

On the second day, participants discussed the setting up of the SSIM (Sectoral Skills Intelligence Monitoring) system, the progress of the project and the possibilities for cooperation with the PacTS4ALL (Pact for Tourism Skills Forward Alliance) programme. The meeting concluded with a discussion on the next period and the further organisational tasks of the project, in particular the presentation at the European Tourism Forum in Budapest.
