PLAN’EAT has published its first official press release. The publication summarizes the project’s progress so far and offers insight into how research is helping to promote healthier and more sustainable eating habits across Europe.

The aim of PLAN’EAT is to identify the social, economic, and environmental factors that influence our food choices and to develop solutions that support sustainable food systems in the long term. Research is being conducted in 10 countries, involving a wide range of social and economic groups.
